S/4HANA transformation for a global car manufacturer

Our international customer is a global car manufacturer that was faced with the challenge of transforming its SAP system to SAP S/4HANA. After unsuccessfully using several traditional service providers, the customer was able to carry out the transformation smoothly with a Vico.

The Challenge

The German car manufacturer engaged a global consultancy for its SAP S/4HANA transformation. However, progress with the traditional service partner was slow and expensive. Furthermore, the company needed several internal product owners for the different modules being implemented.

The Answer

As a typical Vico, “Tirum” shared the same interest as the client: achieving results as quickly as possible and only with the experts who were truly necessary. Thus, the Vico made progress within a few weeks that had not been achieved in many months before. This included the definition of test cases as well as the completion and acceptance of the first usable functions.
